Jamie Catto from 1 Giant Leap in the Sudan Beat For Peace video which went online this weekend and has picked up over 60,000 hits in two days. It's been on the home page all weekend and has reached #1 on several Youtube lists, most notably on the political channels.    

More importantly, hundreds of people have followed up and added to the beat, which only helps create more awareness for the issues in Sudan.

Jamie's idea (along with his partner on this, Amnesty International) was to put together drummers around the world and connect them via a beat and video, which could then be carried on by anyone with a video camera. He edited the clip over Christmas. It features, among many, members of The Police, Radiohead, Snow Patrol, Elbow, The Corrs and Pink Floyd.
